The Annual WHNPA Gala Awards Dinner
Saturday May 11, 2002

FACT SHEET:

Where: The National Building Museum, 400 G ST., NW Washington, D.C. Entrance is on the north side of the National Building Museum.

Schedule of events:
•6:00-8:00 PM, Reception, West Hall
•8:00-9:45 PM, Dinner and awards presentations, Great Hall
•10:00-midnight, Dancing and desserts

Parking:
Valet parking will be available at the National Building Museum for $10. Cabs companies have also been alerted and will be available.

Tickets:
• WHNPA Members and their one guest: $95 each per ticket (limit two tickets)

• Non Members: $165 per ticket.

•Corporate Tables seat 10, and are $1650 per table.

• Will-call will be located just inside the main entrance to the National Building Museum

Seating
• We will do our best to accommodate all requests, however each major Washington organization, including sponsors, will receive one table in the front section. Members will also be seated as close to the front as possible.

• Tickets are limited to the first 1000 seats.

• Tickets must be paid in full by May 1, 2002, or reservations will be released

****NO EXCEPTIONS****


• No tickets will be held or issued without full payment, in advance

• Names to be listed in the program seating chart must be emailed to dinner@whnpa.org by May 2, 2002. Changes after May 2 will not be reflected in the program.

• Tickets will be delivered to your organization on May 2 if prior arrangements are made with a courier service or by providing shipping information and FEDEX number.

All ticket requests & payments must be received by the WHNPA by May 1

Accommodations
• Hotel Accommodations are available at The Grand Hyatt 202-582-1234. Please tell the reservations operator you are with The White House News Photographers’ Association. The Hyatt is located approximately 6 blocks from the Building Museum. Make your reservations early. It is Mother’s Day weekend.
