A ROYAL VISIT
For the first time since 1991 when his father, George H. W. Bush, was in the White House, President George W. Bush played host to Her Royal Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and His Royal Highness, Prince Phillip, Duke of Endinburgh, in Washington, D.C. Guests filed onto the South Lawn of the White House more than three hours before her arrival. The pageantry was worth the wait for most bystanders, as they held cameras high for a quick shot and waived flags of both nations.
