Gunnery Sgt. Kenneth Sargent and his wife Tonia at home on February 7, 2007 at Camp Pendelton. Sgt. Sargent suffered severe gunshot wounds to the head in 2004 in Najaf, Iraq from which he as lost two inches of his brain. He is currently being treated for PTSD, and other neurological issues.
